Job Description
- Design Conception, Concept validation and generating Technical requirements
- Ability to do High level design and architecture with cost target
- Lead and guide design team to accomplish circuit design, Layout design as per organization’s standard practice.
- Resolving technical issues
- Design review/ verification & validation
- Works hand in hand with Project Manager for accomplishing project
- Adherence to quality & Reliability guidelines/target
- Facilitate DFMEA, Reliability Analysis
- Cross-functional with various team involved in the project
- Mentoring the design team
Technical Skill
- Expertise in Hardware Development Life Cycle (HDLC)
- Familiar with European & American codes for hardware design (IEC, IPC, EN and CSA etc).
- Expertise in Board design on Analog Design, Digital design, microprocessor and microcontroller based design, Memory Interfaces
- Sound Knowledge on communication protocols like RS232, RS485, SPI, CAN etc
- Experience in Multilayer board design comply with EMI, EMC standards & DFM, DFT
- Expertise in SI/PI Analysis
- Experience in realization of high reliability electronics
- Good knowledge on process oriented Product Development
Soft Skill
- Problem solving skills, Self Learning attitude, Good Communication, Analytical & Presentation skills, Leadershi.
- Tools
- Cadence OrCad, Zuken Cadstar, Zuken CR8000
- Cadence OrCAD PSPICE, LTSPICE, SI/PI, DFx etc…
- MSO/DSO, Logic analyser, Thermal, High end Power supplies etc…
