This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Service Engineer at NAVI ENERGY in Surat with flexibility for remote work. The Solar Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance and repair of solar systems on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Field Service and Technical Support expertise
- After Sales Service of Solar Power Project.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar String inverters & Solar PV Modules remotely and on-site.
- Troubleshooting of Solar PV Module with Technical Data.
- Understanding of the Queries of the client/customer.
- Preventive Maintenance of Solar Power Project.
- Train customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of String inverters & Solar PV Modules or Solar Power Project.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (BE/ITI/Diploma)
