The team you’ll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
As a member of Network Infrastructure team under Global Sales Support department you will be a part of a team whose objectives are to deliver in an environment where openness, trust and autonomy are encouraged, each team member selects the tasks to work on and exchanges daily with his/her team mates on the progress and challenges. Our team is responsible to support various pre-sales activities in IP networking domain. This includes responding to global bids and tenders.
What you will learn and contribute to
We are looking for a Solution Specialist in the domain of IP Networking and related Services.
As part of our team, you will:
- Create solutions, proposals and pro-active offers for our customers
- Prepare Solution Description, Dimensioning, Bill of Materials, Service costing and
- Statement of Compliance documents
- Interact with global sales teams and customers across the globe

Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications / Computer Science / IP
- Experience of 5-7 years working on IP networking products, solutions, technologies and related services.
- Deep understanding of IP routing, switching, protocols (OSPF, RIP, MPLS).
- Willingness to contribute with creative, out-of-the-box solutions, to problems arising in a dynamic environment, under high market pressure and short timelines
It would be nice if you also had
- Experience in pre-sales tendering activities
- Knowledge of IP products and solutions from Nokia or Alcatel Lucent
- Understanding about preparing proposals, costing and RFP response.
