- Sales (50%):
1) Responsible for supporting sales and contribute for growing Revenue, DWIN and PGO (wider penetration) with designated account(s) in the India region.
2) For the designated account(s), work closely with the global account(s) team, technical marketing and Regional marketing teams to contribute and support the business. - Preferred Design House (25%)
1)Identify along with TM head and onboard PDH as per business requirement.
2)Collaborate with designated PDH to drive design activities and maintain commercial engagement.
3)Support PDH to identify new customers and applications. - Light Electric Vehicle segment (LEV) (25%)
1)Support India team and Head on day to day operations of segment.
2)Tracking opportunities.
3)Analyzing market trends and forecasting.
4)Collating market requirements.
5)Driving product requirements for this segment, including identifying IFX product gaps.
- Regular visits to customers for project tracking and opportunity identification.
- Maintain and build relationship with customers (R&D, Purchase and management).
- Sales Forecasting in Legos (S&OP) and Order follow-ups
- Opportunity management, DWIN and PGO (increase product group per opportunity).
- Revenue management, Logistic topics and supply chain mapping.
- Develop LEV India business monthly updates and presentations for global circulation.
- Manage all open topics with PDH i.e.: samples, planning, customer identification, reference solutions etc.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering Preferred.
- Expertise in handling Automotive customers, systems and applications.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good presentation and analytical Skills.
- Position will require extensive local and out-station travel.
