Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the RTDMM project, ensuring efficient and reliable data monitoring and management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to real-time data monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize data management processes.
- Train and assist end-users in utilizing monitoring tools and systems.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in a drilling data management and monitoring support role.
- Strong understanding of real-time data monitoring systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with project teams and end-users.
- Engineering Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication, IT, Computers, Petroleum Engineering with 3 years of total experience.
