Our platform works across multiple asset types such as wind, solar, storage and DC coupled assets to offer insights to our customers across their fleets. As a Technical Support Engineer you will be working closely with team members across domains with deep technical skills and passion for clean energy.

- Creating foundation for 24×7 support for Asset Performance Management and Predictive Analytics platform for renewable customers supporting wind, solar, storage sites
- Enabling quick response times to support cases and building automations in quickly triaging and resolving software issues
You’ll Have
- Excellent collaboration skills with an ownership attitude to learn domain and software intricacies to respond to technical questions
- 3+ years of experience working in customer support on customer or outbound projects
- Effective communicator and leader, capable of initiating and driving projects
It Would Be Great If You Had
- Experience in supporting renewable energy or IoT time series data
