The Content Developer and Trainer is a member of the Altium Training group responsible for the creation and delivery of industry leading instruction on Altium’s products. The training is aimed at enabling customers to fully utilize our product features and capabilities with best practices. Customer training is integral to the success and long term growth of Altium through engaging technical training using various media formats.
A Day In The Life Of Our Training Engineer:
- Instruct Altium customers using Altium training content
- Maintain knowledge of all training Content provided to customers
- Must be able to develop training content including scripts, video storyboards, project examples and independently create technical video series
- Collaborate with internal departments for new product features and development
- Provide mentorship for internal and external trainers
Who We Are Looking From:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have 2+ years of experience using Altium Designer and Altium products
- Preferred, experience with Audacity, and OBS, and CID certification
- Preferred 2+ years previous experience as a Technical trainer both face to face and live web based training
- Fluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferred 5 years of industrial experience of PCB Design
- Candidate must live in or near Bangalore
