Show all entries. This option shows all the contacts present in the phonebook. Selecting it displays the data on a standard output device like monitor screen. For this reason, the file is opened in read mode.
Find. This option allows the user to search from all the contacts already entered and written into the disk or storage system. Enter a keyword and press ‘Enter’ key to find a match in the database. If a match is found, it retrieves the specified contact details from the phonebook.
