  • Very low clamping voltage of 31 V at 1 A, achieved through snapback technology.
  •  Trigger voltage exceeds 100 V, enhancing protection capabilities.
  •  Low dynamic resistance of 0.4 Ω improves ESD absorption capability.
  •  Superior protection due to enhanced ESD absorption.
  •  Low maximum capacitance of 2 pF ensures high signal integrity.
  •  Ideal for protecting sensitive data lines.

This protection diode is designed to provide transient protection for data lines in compliance with ISO 10605 and IEC 6100042 standards, offering ±15 kV contact discharge protection for up to 1000 pulses. For automotive applications, it is available in an AECQ101-qualified version, with a working voltage of ±24 V. Its versatile application range includes industrial automation systems, computers, consumer electronics, home appliances, fixed telecom infrastructure, and medical instrumentation.

It also features a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, in line with JSTD020 standards, and carries a UL 94 V0 flammability rating. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and adheres to the company’s Green standards. It supports automated optical inspection (AOI), ensuring reliability and performance in automotive systems.
