Hikrobot unveiled its latest advancements in machine vision products and mobile robots named Forklift Latent Mobile Robot QF-1000 in India, alongside a demonstration of the Tugging AMR. The company’s exhibit highlighted its commitment to providing innovative solutions for the industry and logistics sectors. The company’s product lineup included machine vision systems and mobile robots designed to enhance automation processes in various industries.

The Forklift Latent Mobile Robot QF-1000 is designed with a versatile chassis and integrated forks, allowing it to directly carry pallet loads and adapt to various carrier types. Its lightweight construction makes it ideal for low-floor load-bearing environments, enhancing maneuverability. The robot’s efficiency is further improved by its ability to operate in narrow roadways, with a 25% increase in moving speed, thereby boosting reservoir capacity. Safety is prioritized through 360° protection, supported by multiple safety plans and status indicators via screen, lights, and speaker. Additionally, the robot features seamless Wi-Fi connectivity and roaming within network-covered areas, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Key Features of  Tugging AMR include:

  • High Load Capacity:Can tow loads up to 2000 kg.
  • Precision Movement: Capable of high-precision movement with 5 mm accuracy.
  • Automatic Hooking/Unhooking:Supports automatic operations for improved efficiency.
  • Natural Navigation: Utilizes natural navigation technology for seamless operation.

In addition to these mobile robots, the company introduced a range of machine vision products, including AI-powered smart cameras, code readers, and visual inspection controllers. The booth also featured advanced solutions like Dynamic Weighing and Scanning (DWS) systems, robot control software, and various accessories tailored for industrial automation.
