The evaluation board with NXP chipset features CAN, Ethernet, LIN, buck converters, USB power, onboard debugger, and versatile I/O for prototyping.
The Autoboard V1 launched by Gettobyte Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a user-friendly evaluation board built around the NXP S32K344EHT1VPBST chipset. This compact board (112mm x 51mm) integrates various peripherals, including CAN, Ethernet, and LIN, making it ideal for prototyping applications. Its double breadboard-compatible form factor simplifies the creation of custom shields for seamless project integration.
The board features buck converters that step down the input voltage from an external supply of 6V to 17V for use by the microcontroller. Users can power the entire board via the DC Barrel Jack or the VIN pin on the 40P connector near the DC Barrel Jack. Users can also utilize the 3.3V and 5V outputs generated by the board for their applications, with up to 2A of current available on both the 3.3V and 5V pins for powering external devices.
The board can be powered directly from a 5V external power supply by connecting to any of the power pins. The Autoboard V1 features three CAN transceivers, each supporting CAN FD up to 5 Mbit/s.
Some of the key features of the Autoboard V1 include:
- NXP S32K344EHT1VPBST chipset
- Wide input voltage range: 6V to 17V
- USB Type-C for power supply
- Onboard Segger J-Link debugger
- Onboard USB to UART converter (CP2102)
- Three CAN FD transceivers
- Two LIN transceivers
- 64Mb QSPI flash memory
- Two user-programmable switches
