PROES RF Booster Co-Processor (RBcP) can improve reliability, communication distance, and power consumption in any RF communication system. The RBcP enables designers to modify the communication range without needing to change the bandwidth or the transmission power, therefore changing the communication range without changing any hardware or design.

The longer transmission range lowers the number of repeaters, thus, reducing the time and costs of deployment. PROES RBcP is available on software to be integrated in Software Designed Radios (SDR). For hardware implementation, the same functionality is also provided on FPGA.

According to the company, the RF processor is capable of improving the quality of any RF signal by utilising patented technology. It can enhance the reliability and quality of communication by enhancing signal quality while reducing power consumption. The PROES RBcP enables the RF system designers to modify their desired communication range without any changes in the bandwidth nor the transmission power.

The PROES RBcP is currently available on software to be integrated in Software Designed Radios (SDR). Moreover, the same functionality is also provided on FPGA for hardware implementation. The company s also developing a fully integrated circuit on silicon.

The chipset can enhance the communication range by up to 6 times. The higher range can reduce the number of repeaters, thus reducing the cost and time of deployment. Furthermore, it will also save maintenance cost, installation costs while also reducing the energy consumption of the system.
