Preferred Qualifications
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Experience with recruiting for specialized technical roles in VLSI.
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry trends and advancements.
- Strong understanding of VLSI design processes, tools, and technologies
- Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles, preferably within the VLSI or semiconductor industry.
- Build and maintain a strong network of VLSI professionals and industry contacts.
