Wipro Lighting has launched a state-of-the-art luminaire range called Frostline, designed to cater to the specific needs of cold storage industry.
Powered by cutting-edge innovation, Frostline overcomes the key challenges faced by cold storage management, specifically thermal contribution on the refrigeration systems, the effect of moisture, corrosion, and heavy energy costs. Focusing on providing the right solutions, Wipro Lighting has introduced Radial Uno Highbay, Dura Wellglass, Imperia Batten, and Lw07 Bulkhead under Frostline portfolio to deliver optimum lighting in cold storage conditions.

We have already kickstarted our portfolio by suppling 500 Imperia industrial linear to two large facilities of one of our clients. Packed with new age tech, Frostline’s product are intricately designed for optimum temperature management in cold storages. The Radial Uno Highbay has an innovative aeroflo design that facilitates the free flow of air through the die-casted aluminum housing, keeping the heat in check and away from the optics and electrical components. The Dura Wellglass is made of an epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminum housing that offers good corrosion resistance. Its impact-resistant PC diffuser provides better light transmission making it perfect for use in high dust & fumy conditions. Both Radial Uno Highbay and DURA Wellglass can operate seamlessly in the temperature range of -30°C to +45°C.
With Imperia Batten, superior aesthetics with strength come into play. Its co-extruded polycarbonate housing makes it rugged while giving it a Sleek & Seamless look. Imperia caters to the temperature range of -25°C to +45°C. The LW07 Bulkhead, with its specially designed aluminum control gear compartment and polyester powder coating, acts as a heat sink providing ambient and moisture-proof lighting. The Bulkhead caters to the ambient temperature range of -20°C to +45°C.
Considering the highly moist & fumy environment in the chiller zones, the Ingress protection of all the luminaires under the Frostline range is enhanced to IP66 making it durable and maintenance free.
