Synaptics Incorporated has launched the Veros Intelligent Connectivity brand, which features high-performance System-on-Chips (SoCs) that support Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4 technologies. These chips cater to consumer electronics manufacturers who produce devices such as TVs, soundbars, and tablets.

Additionally, the chips are suitable for IoT device developers working on home technologies like security cameras and speakers. The automotive industry can leverage these chips to incorporate connectivity and AI features in vehicles. Industrial and enterprise solutions providers can use them to improve connectivity in various environments. Technology integrators and innovators across sectors, including healthcare, can also use these wireless and AI technologies to enhance device capabilities, especially where wireless communication is vital in medical devices.

The chips, SYN4383 and SYN43756E, are designed for devices that need top-tier Wi-Fi performance and connectivity. The SYN4383 enhances the “Triple Combo” series with improved dual-band capabilities and system integration. The SYN43756E upgrades the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth combo chips by adding a 6E Wi-Fi band and LE Audio support. 

Veros also features the Synaptics Astra AI platform, which simplifies the development of AI-driven IoT products, aiming to deliver smarter, context-aware devices for a broad range of uses. Building on a foundation of extensive intellectual property and a history of billions of devices shipped, It improves performance, cost, power usage, complexity, and speed to market for IoT devices.
