It provides businesses with a captive audience and the ROI on marketing communication becomes much higher. The only decision users will have to make is where will they want to utilise the HYPERVSN device, as placements show a direct increase in revenue. In addition to sales boost, it reduces operational cost with media planning and management being seamlessly integrated in the system. With centralised control, the user can change content on multiple HYPERVSN devices in multiple locations remotely making operations hassle free, faster and accurate.

Q. Tell us in brief about the working principle/technology behind HYPERVSN.

A. HYPERVSN is a complete, integrated system that can create, manage and display 3D visuals that are perceived as holograms floating in the mid-air. Such new generation LED technology-based 3D holographic visuals can convert passive audiences into real buyers. It constitutes of the HYPERVSN device and the 3D Studio to create 3D holographic content.

Q. Give us a little idea about the main hardware components used in the device.

A. With regards to the HYPERVSN Solo device, there are two major components: the stator and rotor. The stator, which is the component closest to the wall bracket, houses the motor and power supply. The rotor, which sits above the stator, houses the Wi-Fi module and CPU component. The four rays are attached to the Rotor and spin at 670 RPM (rotations per minute) to develop the visuals.

Q. What is the main motive of the software suite HYPERVSN 3D Studio?

A. HYPERVSN 3D Studio is our proprietary software, customised to allow users to create 3D visuals out of basic 2D images in a few clicks. It is easy to use and users do not need any previous design or animation skills to create visuals.

Q. How does the Pro Management Software fit in the technology?

A. Pro Management Software is a set of tools that allow businesses to get exactly what they need from the HYPERVSN system. There are three iterations of the software suit:
i.) The Solo App allows for the local single-device management, which is perfect for a small business or for the entry into the holographic digital signage market.
ii.) The Cloud CMS (Custom Management System) enables virtually limitless scalability, allowing businesses to control thousands of devices across multiple locations, through a simple web-based interface.
iii.) The Desktop application allows one to set up, configure and manage media content for the HYPERVSN Wall on a PC.

Q. Who are the most significant customer groups/target audience for HYPERVSN? What are the main application areas?

A. Targeted business verticals include Digital Signage, Retail, Events, Entertainment, Education, Public Safety and many other use cases.

HYPERVSN does not just ensure message communication, but also the brand message registration in the mind of viewer – whether you want to communicate your brand message, advertise a product or promotion or launch a new product.

It can be used by any business and in a variety of environments including a supermarket, brand stores, fashion outlets, restaurants, food courts, music concerts, business events, pubs, bars, multiplex theaters.

Q. Can multiple units of HYPERVSN be installed using a single account? Any limitation to the number of units installable?

A. Yes, multiple devices can be installed on a single account. This functionality is enabled by our Cloud CMS. There are no limitations of the number of devices allowed. The only limit is your imagination!

Q. Which deployment model generates more demand from customers: on-premises or cloud-based?

A. Both the Solo Classic (on premises) and the Solo Cloud have been extremely well received in their given markets. The Solo Cloud by its nature is high-volume. However the Solo Classic, as our most affordable device, has been extremely popular. One advantage with HYPERVSN is the ability to upgrade device packages, meaning customers can transition from local management to cloud scalability, which is the trend we have often seen. Customers will start with one Solo Classic in one store and then decide to roll-out multiple devices in multiple locations and run their media through the Cloud CMS.

Q. What are the main features of its Library for users? What are the supported input and output file types?

A. Every HYPERVSN user gets access to the constantly updated free content library with generic visuals (phone, car, sneaker, Christmas tree etc.). They can also upload their own 3D videos, but they have to adhere to some technical standards to take the maximum advantage of HYPERVSN technology. Supported input formats are mp4, mov, mkv and avi. All the content can be sent directly to the devices.

Q. Are the hardware parts compatible for outdoor use or mainly for indoors?

A. The device can be used in various environments. However, it is currently advisable to keep the installation indoors.

Q. What were the most difficult steps you faced during the design cycle of the complete solution?

A. Making sure that our product range is flexible enough to satisfy various business needs: from small family businesses to the biggest global conglomerates was the biggest challenge while designing the product.

Q. How do you ensure seamless sync between all the software and hardware?

A. Our software and hardware are developed internally with the idea of synergy in mind. When new software products are developed, we configure and develop them perfectly for the hardware we design, and vice versa. This allows for seamless integration as we take advantage of building both the hardware and software.

We believe in hiring the best. That means we have the top hardware and software engineers working together to create seamless integration across all products in the HYPERVSN ecosystem.

Q. What are the purchase models that you offer for your solution?

Many customers opt to purchase the device to use it in as a permanent feature in retail environments, showrooms and so on. We also offer a rental option which is often suitable for usage at events where the HYPERVSN device can be used for the duration of the event to captivate the attention of the audience and hence drive more traffic to the booth, product or service.
